IdeaSown Method

Our objective is to help you achieve the breakthrough thinking necessary to allow you to take action.  We do this by drawing out the ideas that are already latent within your organisation.

We will work with you and your team to build shared understanding, clear vision, creative and innovative solutions and commitment and enthusiasm for a plan of action to deal with your specific issues. We will discuss your challenge with you and scope what we believe can be achieved by bringing your people together in the idea zone – a creative environment designed specifically to Unlock Your Potential and help you to identify and develop the answers you have been searching for.

Though each engagement is unique, we follow our four stage I D E A process, tailored to each situation:

Step 1 –  Initiate:

exploring the drivers and requirements for change.

Step 2 – Design:

based on the drivers and requirements, we design a proposed approach and confirm / modify that with the sponsor.

Step 3 Execute:

we will bring together the right people (not necessarily just the senior leaders) to create new and fresh thinking using some techniques to encourage participation.

Step 4 – Action:

follow-up activities to provide a record of the work and any additional next steps agreed; preparing you to take action on the changes you have decided upon.
