The last few years have shown particular trends in what type of management books pack out the shelves in Waterstones and other good bookshops. Not so long ago it was all about innovation, more recently there have been a number of books that focused on different aspects of economics.  However, the growth area now seems to be creativity.  This shouldn’t come as a huge surprise given that creativity has become the number one capability valued by CEOs.
